Terry uncle-T Williams

Terry Uncle-T Williams is the Founder/President  of Challenge 2 Change nonprofit youth mentoring program for at-risk underprivileged youth. He started this program from scratch with a vision and pain from the death of his son, who was gun down murdered in the streets of Baltimore. His passion for community serving deepened after losing his son due to gang violence. Through this  tragedy, instead of it making him bitter it made him better. As a result, Uncle-T birthed Challenge 2 Change mentoring program to deter retaliatory shootings and positive impact young men most at risk to commit or become victims of violent crime. 

His challenge 2 Change program has gained many relationships in the schools, recreations, churches, prison  and on the street corners for the better by giving back to his community. Uncle-T has been honored to receive many awards, spoke on major platforms, and made highlight on fox 45  channel 2  television news for the work he’s doing in the community.

 His grassroot organization has been a good shift, an upward steady consistent mentoring program. His engagement on the streets and schools allows him to keep serving his challenge 2 Change  program all year round.  He is committed to empowering the community  Implementing Conflict Resolution strategies, violence prevention and supporting families that has been affected by gun violence. Uncle-T structured his program for youth to discover their identity, Purpose, and Potential. His objective , taking followers, turning them into  leaders and leaders into Agents of Change!

Marcia Williams

Youth Counselor-LCP

Marcia has the pleasure of working side by side with her husband Founder/President Terry Uncle T Williams. Marcia is a Motivational Speaker, Therapeutic Life Coach, Mentor, Counselor, she’s skillful in the areas of Leadership development, Team building, and Project Management. She’s talented and gifted in confidence building in community collaboration and coordinating large projects. Marcia earned her Psychology -Child Development Degree at Kaplan University in Iowa. She holds several certifications in Addition Counseling, Mental Health awareness, couples, and family Counseling and  Pastoral Counseling. As an educator she previously served as a School Teacher for 21 years in Baltimore City, County, Private elementary and Middle schools, Marcia has led and developed many afterschool programs and demonstrated life skills for children, youth, and families.

 She directed  and led Parent workshops  and GED classes while serving  on the  school  board for Baltimore County. While in position she  transitioned to a Clinical Mental Health facility, as a housing coordinator and liaison for Baltimore City she demonstrated her ability to increase her skills in the following area of leadership and management, supervising over seeing over 300 homeless clients, this is where her passion grew  a greater love to serve!

Markia Cherry

Program Director

Markia Cherry is the Program Director of Challenge 2 Change, where she leads with purpose, precision, and passion. With a background in Project Management (PMP) and degrees from Hampton University (B.S. in Business Administration) and Morgan State University (M.S. in Project Management), Markia brings both strategy and heart to every initiative. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Real Estate Development, further expanding her vision for sustainable community impact. Markia designs and manages programs that empower underprivileged youth and families coordinating workshops, retreats, and events that foster healing, growth, and leadership. As the Founder of Awaken Community Development, she’s pioneered outreach efforts focused on identity, empowerment, and family support. Her commitment to transformation is evident in every detail she oversees and every life she touches.

Alicia Smth

Youth Practitioner

Alicia Smith is a passionate advocate for youth empowerment and healing. As CEO of Reset Rebuild Restored Group Homes and Program Director of Diamond Girls in Pursuit, she equips young girls to rise above adversity and embrace their purpose. Born and raised in East Baltimore, Alicia has over a decade of experience in caregiving and mentorship, with certifications in Med Tech, Peer Support, CPR/First Aid, and Residential Childcare Practitioner. She mentors girls ages 8–12 in self-love, values, and identity—planting seeds of confidence and resilience. Currently pursuing her Psychology degree at Regent University, Alicia lives by the belief that “time is love.” A proud mother of two daughters, she draws strength from their legacy as she continues shaping the next generation of empowered young women.

Darrion Griffin

Coach Griff leads the Challenge 2 Change basketball program with heart, discipline, and a team-first mindset. Known for his motto, “No one is above the team,” he uses basketball to teach young men the values of unity, perseverance, and character—on and off the court.Under his guidance, the C2C team has grown into a brotherhood rooted in respect and accountability. Beyond coaching, Coach Griff brings professional excellence as a skilled Facilities Manager, with expertise in operations and building management. His commitment to mentorship and community shines through every practice, game, and life lesson he

Marquise Williams

 KolorKhaos is a photographer, filmmaker, and creative director known for capturing powerful visuals and directing large-scale projects. He specializes in short films, music, and community storytelling, while also mentoring youth in photography and film production. As a lead creative with Challenge 2 Change’s Summer Program and the founder of his own business, KolorKhaos continues to impact both his community and youth nationwide.

Antonio Moore

Gen Z advisor

Antonio “Tone” Moore, 25, is a passionate board member and Gen Z advisor for Challenge 2 Change. With a deep commitment to youth empowerment, Tone plays a vital role in cultivating and managing relationships with corporate sponsors and donors. His ability to bridge generational gaps brings fresh perspective and energy to the organization. Tone’s leadership and communication skills help drive the program’s mission forward, creating lasting impact in the communities Challenge 2 Change serves.
